I got my BE-112 yesterday from bestecig

batteries fully charged

when i inhale the battery lights up and goes out after 2 seconds. i have to inhale in pulses to get a good hit...this is happening with both batteries

i also got the usb passthru...no issues...works like a champ

i also noticed that the battery is very sensitive to air. i could blow on the surface of the cart and the battery LED will light up

i included DSE-801 in the title as they are the same style battery

what could it be?

I believe a lot of their products are defective. I got my order the other day from bestecig, I got 6 atomizers and only 1 is working. The batteries I got were blinking when they arrived. I contacted the person in charge over there and they claim they test everything before its shipped out - this is a crock of ..... I wound up paying $96 dollars for 1 atomizer and 2 bottles(10ml) juice. They also told me that the BE112 was compatible with my Janty Classic - its not. I would never order from this place again and would advise everyone to stay away also.

I just received my order from Bestecig and I'am very happy with there product , a day before I got a order from heaven gifts and the batteries from HG cut out much faster the new electromagnetic switch is just new and a new inhalation method is needed to acheive a good hit , steady puffs I find but the bestecigs is better thand HG for sure . I find the Customer service from both to be top notch and Bestecig has live customer support via skype or Msn messenger .

in no way am I promoting either but much more than I would expect from a retailer in China , I have made suggestions to both and have seen so far that bestecig has followed my advice and added some products I suggested and is very willing to match competitors prices and such .

Wouldn't loet me start a new thread. anyway I just got a dse801. when I take a primer puff ok but when I try to take a hit....nada and it taste burnt. it"s new. any ideas?
thanks

you may be experiencing the same issue with the battery inhale cutoff...try inhaling in puffs.

the burnt taste sounds like the cart may be going dry...try a new cart filled with liquid or top off the cart you are using with liquid

they gotta do something about that factory primer...yuck

Every atomizer I've used always has a bad taste when I first receive them, some worse than others. Now, I keep a small rubbermaid container full of alcohol and when I receive a new atty, I just put them in the alcohol for a few hours and let them soak. I also give them a good stir a few times by sloshing the container in a circle with the lid still on. Take them out, blow them dry, let them air dry for a little longer and no bad taste. Works everytme.

I think intial charge for the new batteries shold be 12 hours no matter what the light on the charger says

801 pen style batterys should be charged for 12 hours the first 3 times you use them. After that charge them for 4-5 hours. 901 mini style batteries should be charged for 10 hours the first 3 times of use, then 3-4 hours after that.
