'DSE' is the model number prefix used by one of the major manufacturers of electronic cigarettes, Shenzhen Sailebao Technology Co., Ltd., or simply Sailebao. The letters 'SLB' often are engraved on the battery end of their atomizers. Two of their models, the DSE801 (penstyle) and DSE901 (mini) have been quite popular during the past couple years, although that is diminishing a bit.

For example, First Union's RN4072 (penstyle), RN4075 (mini), and RN4081 (super-mini, brand names include "Smoking Everywhere Gold" and "njoy NPRO"), Kanger's KR808D-1, and Joye Technology's Joye510 have been growin dramatically in popularity.

e-cigarette-wiki's Brand and Model Compatibility Chart and/or VapeAtron's E-Cigarette Models List can help you wade through the alphabet-numeric soup of DSE’s, JOYE’s, KR’s, M’s, njoy’s (not to be confused with Joye’s), RN’s, and virtually every 3-digit number from 084 to 905 … and their aliases. [My head still spins with all this stuff.]

"en-i" (electronic nicotine inhalator) is what Totally Wicked now calls e-cigs. I've not heard others use that term. The rest of us call them e-cigs or, my preference, PVs (personal vaporizers).
