Dual Coil Carto Question

How much volts do you use on a 1.5 dual coil cartomizer? I have it on just a kGo but how much Volts can it handle? and how much have you tried?

I believe that five or six volts is where they work well. I have used them at three point seven and six and while they work at three point seven I prefer the higher voltage.

And it wont burn out using 6v on a 1.5 ohm?

Stownz went to 8.0v. I've gone as far as 7.4, but thought that was way too hot. I run them on a 5.0v regulated mod that produces 5.0 load volts all the time and on 5.0v ni-mh batts that drive them around 4.4 loaded volts. Occasionally, I use them on 6.0v.

I like DC at 4.2 volts (2.8 amps) w/ 6mg to 12mg nic.

im trying it on my reo with 2 RCR123A 3.0v. right now, I can..Hear it..if that makes sense, Is that ok? lol

Damn it hits hard. Ive had these batteries around for a while but I didnt think I had any atty/carto that I could use them on. Thats awesome I can use this thing at 6v, since I just orderd 6 more dual coils at 1.5 lol

Love the sizzle of vapor in the morning. Each coil in the 1.5 dually is 3 ohms. It's like having a pair of 3 ohm cartos hooked up at once running parallel to each other (halving the resistance)!

Thanks for the replies guy, I think it may be a bit to hot for me at 6v aswell, I have to take quick drags otherwise i end up in a coughing fit!
