Yeah I think that everyone just has their own things that they are looking for in a carto. Kind of like juice. What some people may love others hate. That is what makes us all individuals :)
So very, very true! And sometimes each carto has its strengths and weaknesses that can benefit an individual juice and be a detriment to others.
I enjoy the DCs, the Fusions, and (gasp!) even the CE2s, when they are working right, ha ha. But not all with the same juice. And not at the same voltages, for sure. Thank goodness for my Buzz, woot!
It's all about what works best and makes me happy. And if you're happy, too, yea for all of us! :)

Pokey and Salem, where did you get your DCs from? Just curious if there are several different suppliers selling them. I haven't tried them but I know that even with the plain old boges, they can be a little different from one supplier to another. I'm glad you are all happy with them...I lag behind the rest and just now started playing with the Fusions lol.

LOL Baby! The Fusions are sold by Ikenvape. I have been a die hard boge carto girl since I started vaping last June. I haven't tried any of the tanks, CEwhatevers, I hate atties and dripping and have never owned a LR anything! I have tried a couple of different types of cartos and always went right back to my boges until I gave in and tried the Fusions :) It's a 510 type carto built on an 801 base.

I think that Smok Tech is the only one making them right now. I think that there are the XLs that hold tons of juice and I think a small regular sized that I have not tried :)

Now I could be biased on the Fusions. I have been using the megas for so long that anything that holds less than 2.5 mls just seems strange to me. I tried my first Fusion just a few weeks ago and really was not that impressed. BUT, I have to have TH or I am just not satisfied and find myself craving cigs. Some folks could care a less about TH and just want flavor. I have to have a good amount of TH and vapor to be happy :2cool:
Of course with my Buzz I am able to really crank it up if need be and get way past my cravings lol

But I have to tell you, these Dcs paired with my Buzz is like heaven to me :) I did not think that vaping could possibly get any better when I got my Buzz until I tried my Buzz with the DCs :)

Well I am happy for you. I wished I could have better luck at buying good supplies. I got the E2s when they came out and me and El Dee posted quite a long thread on how terrible they were. The next "new great carto" that I was told I had to have was the clear version. It was the same like vaping burnt sewage. The next "gotta get this it's wonderful" cartomizer I got was the Vortex and it was like vaping .....I can't even think of anything that would be that bad. The last one that was the "OMG this is it" cartomizer was the dual coil and as I posted already, I gave the last one away and put it in the mail today. I did get lucky finally with the MAP after I lost two tankfuls of juice on my nightstand. I had to fix it but if I turn it upside down between puffs it works pretty darn good. So you see I'm going to be sitting here penniless with a box full of junk if I keep buying these "OMG this is the newest, bestest most fandangled cartomizer ever made" so I stick to the ones that are so good they're out of stock week after week.

There are allot of people that like the Boges and as a matter of fact I like them allot better than Ikens 510 golds and they don't seem to have the centerpost problems either. That's the one I would recommend for the Infinity.

I'm still using the boges on my Infinity. I haven't even tried a Fusion on it yet.

I can't get them to work over a couple hrs on the Infinity. I've talked to Isaac about it and offered some suggestions. I use them on the Buzz. My passthrough is like the Infinity as it doesn't like LR stuff either so they don't make it long on it.
BTW the ones I got from Smokestik were great cartos too. I really like those allot.

Man a guy can miss a lot around here real quick...

I've been using IKV 510 V2 DT/less and Fusion on my ∞ most of the time. I had 1-2 V2's trip the protection on the ∞ and about 2 in 10 were either doa or died within an hour. I have not had a single problem with the Fusions on my ∞ yet (probably shouldn't say that). But they only last me about 2-4 days (about 10-15 mls, acceptible I think) then they taste funny. It could be my BWB, but I don't recall if my old 808 Turbo's did the same. I think the IKV 808 megas lasted longer.
That being said, they are the best 2 cartos I've ever used, with a nod going to the Fusions.

WRT to mega's, I'm not a fan because it seemed I had to top them off almost as much as standards and when they did go I felt I lost a lot juice.

Seems I'm the only one who likes the black paper wrapper on the Fusions. When I started vaping the paper gave me a little chewablity, especially with the 808 auto, I could go hands free and putting metal in my mouth wasn't fun.

Phew !!! OK I think I'm caught up :)

Well you know I just put that Platinum back on and it's working fine too. The other day I had problems with it so I just figured it was like the others but It's kickin boutea so I guess they are okay too. I do have problems with the Fusions though but if I keep it dry in the post area and don't over tighten it I can deal with it. I have to wipe it down once in awhile and raise the post ever sop often.
I just got done with 24 days out of my last fusion. I usually get between 1 and 2 weeks but have also had them only last 2 days. I've never gotten a dead carto from them so I feel lucky about that.

I bet he likes that allot better huh?

He's liking it so far.

Whew Wharf! I don't think I've ever seen you type that much LOL! I think the longevity also has to do with the differences in our juices, PG/VG ratio, and especially the color. I know that my cartos used to die a lot faster when I bought pre-made, dark colored juices. Most of my DIY is very light in color and I don't add any kind of sweeteners. I also only mix 10ml at a time so it's always fresh. I'm not a big believer in extended steeping time...for me, if it sux on day 1 than it's gonna suck 3 weeks from day 1 :p
