Duh moment!

I changed my cartos last night in the light of the monitor. I started vaping what I thought was peppermint and thought..dear Lord they changed the formula! So I put it down and vaped something else. This morning I grabbed my peppermint again (mindless while reading the news) and again thought this tastes weird! When I looked at the carto..I noticed the carto color was light yellow not pink..it was Whiskey! Well Duh! No wonder it tasted different! It's very good now that I know what it is.
It's like sipping tea when you are expecting coke.
Ok what Duh moments have you had..no fair letting me feel dumb alone.

Well the other day I was in a hurry and needed to place an order for a couple of packs of Cool Carts. Before the site transition I had looked and it showed the Black and Gold were in stock. I jumped on the website after the transition, low and behold those colors weren't listed.

I ordered some white and greens then put a note in the comments box. "Not sure if the all the Carto colors are showing after the transition. If you have any Gold or Black Cool Carts please exchange them for the white and greens.

My order arrived and I had white and green Wow Cartos. I thought hmmmm I guess they made a mistake..nope...it was me...duh. It's all good since I use both but I felt like quite the newb the other day.

Yeah. In the dim of the evening, I put WOW Waffle in a Turtle carto. "Not a good look, Muriel."

I put wow razz in my grape carto..it was good! I didn't feel like a nutjob. But when I put menthol in my coffee..yeah back to nut!
We had a power outage the other day from thunder storms. I was very frustrated when the lights on my battery wouldn't blink or turn red when I tried charging them...it took my a bit to figure out the chargers don't work without eletric! I am getting old!

Oh MK....I totally relate to the electricity thing.....trying to turn lights on when going into another room...and as if one try isn't good enough.....flicking the switch several times doesn't help.

I know there have been others, and I'm sure my kid can remember all of them, but at this hour I sooo cannot remember them. Aside from calling my son every name but his own in a frantic tongue stumble to get just the right name (every dog's name, my brothers name, even the hubby's name...till I finally give up and call him kid)

I repeatedly try to screw in the mouthpiece end of my cartos to my batteries, then wonder why they aren't screwing on....

I was vaping an almost dead Turtle carto and said "Oh crap I need to refill one, cause both are empty" I only keep 2 on me of them cause they last four days. So I grab a bottle, which looked like Turtle and filled it. This was infront of my laptop screen and didnt bother to read it. Once I let it sit for an hour or so, so the juices soak into the batting I vape it and go... "When did Turtle get so... Mentholy... Crap" I filled it with smilin I realized...

Another stupid moment was when I was grabbing carto's out of the disney bag they give you down in FLA when you buy teeshirts. Ok I keep 4 cartos of smilin, and 2 bottles, 1 smilin and 1 turtle. (My turtle carto stays in my side pocket on the left, and the bag stays on the right. Old habit dont ask xD) So I grab the carto and was like... This is chocolatey, why is it in that bag? So I grab the carto in my left side picket and vape it. It was menthol... Duhh I mixed up cartos when I was filling...

The last stupid but GREAT moment, well two of them was taking a dead WoWboy (Yeah for all you World of Warcraft fans, I did that on purpose sorry it is 330 am here cant spell) and mixing that with Smilin. Then a few months later I mixed a used turtle carto with smilin and mixed that on accident... I sware the best flavors come from accidents...

Last power outage we had cause of the last hurricane, I was turning lights on 3 days into it thinking the electric camme back... Yeah turning on the tv, the lights and everything else didnt prove to me still no electric....

You all crack me up! My 'Duh' moment was using a syringe for the first time and being super careful cus I hate needles, and as soon as I got it out of the packaging I stabbed myself in the thumb.

Something I do about once every 2 days is try to screw the wrong end of the battery into a charger or a carto onto the wrong end of the battery. This usually happens when I'm not wearing glasses, with the diamond batteries, the shiny end isn't necessarily the metal bit.

@katz ..i do that too ,usually in the morning trying to charge the battery with wrong end .
