You'll be amazed at the results with the Cartos that aren't compromised, they will vape like new again. Just like added honey or sugar to cooking baste, e-juice is a sugar alcohol so it basically starts to carmelize in the polyfill material....clogging it up so-to-speak.

Take one of those that only took .25 ml, with a pair tweezers or needle nose pliers pull the polyfill material out and inspect the carto. At the base you probably see little globs of a gel/resin type substance. As well it will give a chance to took at the Air Wick Tube to see if there are any hole in it.

Just took 2 apart. No globs of stuff, the air tube looked fine. Some discolouration to the filling closest to the tube, are there two types of material there, one around the tube, then the filling itself? If so, the discolouration was in the stuff around the tube.

I have just finished my new blank filled with my newest batch of Nuport, and put one of the old gold blanks on, and it tastes different - another indication that the carto needed deep cleaning?

Ms. Katz took apart one of the prefilled cartos in question this morning, no globs, gunk, etc. at all. It's empty, just as the marshmallow taste suggested... Will be taking apart more and comparing them to a blank know holds 1ml when I get home. Still can't get the same result with any blanks....
