So the 510 attys screw into the ego batteries using the inside thread right? And the ego attys screw into the ego batteries using the outside threads? I just wanted to make sure. I've searched and searched, but no definitive answers.

Yes .... Standard Riva, Ego and Kgo (650-750-900-1100 etc,) use the same cone and the standard 510 atty/carto threading.
