Noob...... but what is steeping?

BTW I was having issues with low vape and burnt taste with my new device followed highping's atty resurection method http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tips-tricks/69834-my-atty-resurrection-method.html Wow difference was night and day.

steeping is placing a bottle of juices in a dark cool place for a period of time, for me some are a week some are 2 some are a month. A lot of flavors need time to mature and develop and mix. A Lot of tobacco flavors will not present them selves till a good steep. Some will start to mellow and loose that chemical taste and get a nice sweetness.
