Hi Im Josiah. I just started getting into diy ejuice. I've made about 9 batches of diy juice. I recently came across 2 mixes that have left two cartomizers, and one atomizer with a burnt taste. I cant get the taste out of the atomizer. I tried the atty Resurrection method:
www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tips-tricks/69834-my-atty-resurrection-method.html

the Resurrection method worked the first few times I tried it(within a week) and hasnt worked after the chocolate(tpa) and cheesecake(tpa) I made.

Please note I have 2 flavors that work great, and have given me no problems.

Is it normal to get juices that kill cartos and attys? What should I do in the future to avoid ruining my equitment?

My normal ratios: 70/30 pg/vg, 18mg/ml nicotine, 3-15% flavoring

Thanks guys,
King Josiah

So Calif
Burnt taste comes from a dry atty. juice aftertaste is something else. Which do you have?

Vape an atty dry and it's burned pitch it and make sure you keep it wet all the time its in use. It's not the juice.

Juice aftertaste. Some juice flavors just do not come out of an atty. I just mark them and henceforth only use them for that juice.

Cartomizers burn when they are dry and you keep firing the battery.
