I ordered some Boba's Bounty from alien Vapor. I loaded it up in a PT mini and Vaped away. It was decent. Got to looking around and saw that it was ripped off from alien Visions. I ordered some from the legitimate company thinking that the ripoff tastes good so the originals has to be good too! My main question that I haven't been able to find by searching is, Is "Boba's Bounty" from alien Vapor safe??? Questionable business ethics, questionable products...

How do they get away with that???

How disgusting!

Cindy

Because Alien Vapors actually did go forward and register the trademark for it. Alien Visions may be the creators, but they never registered for a trademark.

They are doing the same thing that cloners of devices are doing. Making money off other peoples work

John333, you a Kerouac fan? I went through a hardcore Kerouac/Beat Generation phase. Own almost every book put out by Kerouac, Ginsberg, Burroughs, Snyder, the whole group. I read On the Road once a year for about five years straight.

This has come up many times. I would suggest you do a "Search" here and see what comes up. good luck

big difrence when people buy clones they know they are buying clones

Nobody would be fooled when they see a $100 item for $20

and most times they are marketed as such
and serve a purpose

not evey one can afford the more expensive ones

the Dif here is people think they are buying the genuine product
and Alien vapor designed it that way

They must have trademarked the name only, because Disney owns Lucasfilm, who owns the rights to Boba Fett's likeness. I've said it in previous posts, I have no idea how either of them haven't been slapped with a cease and desist yet.

Thanks dspin for clarifying that for me.

So that's what it means when something says clone in the description.

I get it now.

I would never knowingly support someone doing that.

Stealing other people's ideas is wrong even if you can get away with it.

That's a shame that Alien Visions didn't register for a trademark.

Thanks for your help.

Cindy
