Thanks, but I've already tried all of that... even cleared all of my history and cache, too...

They are probably just getting even with me since I don't want to add/link Google+ to it... LOL!!

The no audio came with an update.

On the video look for the speaker (lower left corner). There is probably an X by it. Put the cursor over the speaker and a bar will appear. Move it all the way to the right then click on the arrow.

If you clear cookies (or like mine, they are cleared when I close the browser), this will have to be done again.
