They don't sell PGA (or Everclear) here in CA, so at 1st I tried using 100 Proof Smirnov... but then I thought: "Why waste good Vodka??" LOL!!
Rubbing alcohol is a no-no, but most Drugstores sell 2 different kinds of Isopropyl alcohol... the Rubbing (which is only 70%) and a 91% strength. I have been using the latter for years now to clean/soak my attys and never had any problems...
(and it's a heck of a lot cheaper than Vodka, too!!)

#1: Do not give up if you do not like something everyone else seems to enjoy. Be it juice, equipment, ways to do things, etc. I have tried many juices that seem to be all the rage to a lot of people on here, and really, I don't like a lot of them. Taste is subjective, very subjective, if you are new and get a bunch of juice that YOU don't like, even though everyone seems to, don't give up! You will find something you enjoy, even if it is not "popular". As long as you find something to keep you off analogs, that is what counts. Same thing with equipment. Hey if you like cigalikes, don't leave them just because everyone says to get that ProThingy, if it is working to keep you off analogs, and you are enjoying it, don't switch just because there is some bigger better thing! Unless you really want to get something better. When you do want to switch, research research research! Think about what you really need and want, and if you get something that you don't like, don't let that give you a bad impression and go back to analogs! There is something that WILL work for you, and there WILL be a juice that you like, and that will keep you off of analogs when you find that perfect combo.
#2: Don't be afraid to ask questions. I just started vaping recently, and trust me this site is very daunting at first...hell it still is. There is a ridiculous amount of things to know, and a ridiculous amount of actual products. If it definitely overwhelming at first, but start a thread! Even if the question was asked before, people will still give you an answer. You can read up on a lot of things, but it is better to ask questions if you don't understand something instead of trying to go it alone. You might end up getting something you don't like or doing something that will wreck your stuff.
#3: Learn about Ohms and resistances and voltages and watts. You don't need to go crazy and learn enough to become an electrical engineer or anything, but learning the basics WILL make your vaping experience better. If you get too high of a Ohm clearomizer/cartomizer/atomizer and use it on a device like an eGo, at 3.3Volts, while you will get vapor and flavor, if you get a lower Ohm atomizer and use it on the same device, you will probably get more vapor and flavor, and have a better vaping experience. You can even learn how to recoil your device on your own, and set it up to your own Ohm level, to get your favorite vaping experience. Plus you will save money!

However I intended this to be a contest with benefits for everyone, meaning each tip would be something that was beneficial to someone else as well as the person who posted it. And I really can't have a contest that is taken seriously if only a funny post wins it.
So there will be two winners.
