This is my first post so I apologize for the length. I have tons of pent up thoughts!!!!

About 6 months ago, in an effort to stop smoking, I started snusing. About a month ago, while ordering more snus, I bought a disposable Fin e-cig and I was immediately hooked. A couple of days later, I bought a blu disposable at Walgreens and the flavor was incredible, thus started my epic search for the perfect e-cig. I realize that my opinions may seem unfounded since I'm really new to this, but imagine that people trying to get in to this share my narrow mindedness.

Purchase 1- Prosmoke - really enjoyed the flavor but the cartridges only lasted a few puffs until you had to refill (after the blu disposable purchase, I bought some domestic and Tennessee cured juice from Johnson Creek). The battery life on these was terrible and found that with the 2 batteries I got in the starter kit, my 1st battery would still be charging when the second one died! Exercised 30 day money back guarantee.

Purchase 2 - Joyetech eCab - what can I say, I'm a stickler for new products and I had ad great things about joytech products, so I tried it out. For me, the whole tank thing just didn't feel right. I always felt like it was going to leak in my pocket. For the record, this never happened, but nonetheless, this wasn't what I was looking for. Battery life was decent, and I liked that you could take the batteries out rather than have to screw off your atomizer/ cartomizer, etc. I'll also note thr the battery on this felt flimsy and didn't screw in But rather clicked in. I imagine that if I had kept this product for a reasonable amount of time, I would have lost the battery cap and been in a lot of trouble. I also realized that a replaceable attomizer was not something I wanted to mess with. Returned.

Purchase 3 - Johnson Creek Vea - I went ahead and bought a Vea because I really like the JC juice and the product seemed easy to use and well constructed. This was the first 2 piece system I tried and really liked it. The build is fantastic, and the blank cartomizers are perfect for me at this point in my vaing career. I will say that the pre-filled cartridges which I now understand are the first generation cartomizers didn't do the JC juice justice. I probably would have returned the whole kit but I ordered blank cartos as well with the Vea, which are the second generation, and was very happy. The pass through system works well, but I found that having 2 650 mah batteries are more than enough to get me through a full day, without having to utilize the pass through. While not the mini system I was looking for, I still have the Vea and use it while sitting at home.

Purchase 4 - Joyetech 510 - even though I had already found the Vea, I still wanted a mini solution, and had read great things about joyetech on this forum. Was thinking thr I could just use my vea cartomizers with these batteries but the battery life was terrible, and I really prefer a manual battery with the mini e cig. At this time, I hadn't concluded that I didn't like the 3 piece system, and the cartridges would last me 20 minutes in between refills. I even "moded" them with the straw thing and it still didn't work for me. Drip drip drip. Returned

Purchase 5 - Halo Element - ordered this at the same time as the Joyetech 510 to see which one I liked better. When I realized this was basically a rebranded joyetech 510, I actually turned this before I opened it. returned.

**** At this point on my journey, I decided that all I wanted was a mini battery with the longest possible charge, and that I would find refillable cartomizers that worked.

Purchase 6 - White Cloud Cirrus 3x - I know what you're going to say, quit remember that I am on the hunt for the mini ecig with the longest battery life. I found a 30% off code so the kit was $169. The thing that ...... me off about this was not the price, because I was willing to pay for it if it delivered on the battery life as promised, but you get 5 packs of carts and they all have to be the same flavor. I think this is stupid if you're buying a starter kit. The original tobacco flavor made me nauseous and I called white cloud and they are exchanging the 4 unopened packs for a few other flavors. It would be pretty easy for you to choose each of your packs separately but this isn't a review on how ecig companies run their businesses. On another note, I have found this company the second easiest to get in touch with over the phone (after Johnson Creek). I didn't really care about the pre filled cartridges because all I really cared about was the battery life and that I would fill cartomizers with the JC juice that I love. WC doesn't tell you what their battery threading is (Kr808- thank you ECF!) because they only want you to buy their carts. I also found out that WC is no longer dinging people with a 20% restocking fee which is why I decided to try it out, despite everyone telling me I'm crazy. The battery life on these things is actually pretty incredible and lasts 2x the 56mm volt batteries ( read on) and they recharge much faster as well. Also, a 2 year warranty on the batteries is pretty incredible. If you count up the number of rechargeable mini batteries you can burn through in two years, I imagine this would be a mitigating factor to the price. Still contemplating whether or not I will keep this.

Purchase 7 -Smokeless Image Volt - when I searching for the WC battery type, I read that the Volt is just as good so I ordered the starter kit. So far I think that the SI cartomizers are my favorite and the CE3 clearomizers are amazing. Side by side next to the Vea carts, the clearomizers are equally as good (if not better, which I don't want to admit because I'm a badger and therefore want to support Wisconsin's JC). On second thought, I like the vea carts better than the SI carts, but the clearomizers are my first choice. I've only used the CE3 on a mini battery so I ordered a Volt X2 to try it out. I think the clearomizers with a mini battery is awkward because you naturally hold it upward which can cause minor leaking into the mouthpiece and an occasional dry atomizer causing a burnt taste. I know I could just get 510 CE3's to use with my Vea but nobody has them in stock and I'm impatient. The battery life for the standard size volt is better than the other minis I've referred to but not half as good as the cirrus 3x. For me, 2 volts last me half a day at work and the 3x lasts basically all day. Also, to PCC is garbage, so I wouldn't rely on it to get me through a full day. A note on SI customer service. For me, this company has been the least responsive but when they do actually get to my messages, they are very responsive. I am trying to figure out whether or not I keep the Volt or just use their cartomizers with the WC batteries.

Conclusion - Mini - toss up between the Volt and Cirrus 3x. If battery life is all you care about then I would say go with the cirrus 3x, but use the Volt cartos. If you're short on cash, the Volt is more than acceptable, but you should probably get a couple extra batteries.

Larger eGo style for couch - the Vea is pretty great but I imagine that I will really like the X2 with the SI clearomizers when it gets here this week. I will probably rotate between the two and travel with the Vea because I like their cartomizers and think it would be a pain in the neck to travel with syringes.

Conclusion to my Conclusion - between Smokeless Image hardwear/ accessories and Johnson Creek E liquid, I've found my two companies. If I decide to keep the cirrus, I'll just be using White Cloud for their batteries.

My not question is, does anyone know of a less expensive equivalent to the cirrus 3x for battery life and size???

Thanks ECF!!!

5-6 hours of moderate vaping

I've refilled the two I have in rotation about 10 times and have just started to notice a decline in vapor production/taste.

I live in Atlanta and shipping takes 2 days. They get orders out immediately.

I think I just responded on your post, but I've returned / exchanged 3 orders in the past month and they've been awesome. Best customer service of any e-commerce company I've ever dealt with.

The first ecig I ordered was the Prosmoke, it's got a lot of faults but I kept with it too because I could tell I would like vaping. I can only talk badly about it so much because it did open me up to the world of vaping and get me off cigs, but I knew I wanted a more pleasurable experience so I ordered the ProVaris. I'll probably return the Prosmoke as well.
