Thanks to smoking bans in most states, cigarette smokers are relegated to taking their habits outside, where they can easily meet and mingle with others who share their addiction. But what about the e-cigarette smoker, who gets to puff inside bars, looking smug?

I just *love* how the media runs this stupid social Blu story all over the place, but CASAA can't get them to publish a serious press release about public health. It seriously sickens me.

It's because this has something to do with social networking. I guess the media sees it this way...social networking - health concerns, social interaction happy article - serious article, article that will relate to millions - article that will relate to very few. E-cigs just aren't good press yet. Facebook type articles will beat out e-cig stuff any day of the week. Sad to say it, but it's true. I don't agree with it at all. I don't know how we'll get our situation to be bigger.

On a different note. I wonder if CASAA or somebody who did this in the name of CASAA could make an iphone/android/blackberry app that you could turn on whenever you were out and about vaping somewhere so that it would could then transmit your gps location to wherever and you could then see others who are also voluntarily sharing their vaping location so ya'll could meet up maybe even include it in the forum where you could put your forum username in there with it That would be bigger and better than the blu "where's waldo" box
