Pretty much agree and you're right, that 'music' is playing in the background a lot here and there. My focus is only on how it affects ecigs, but will counter any 'anti-rights' comments or asides. I won't start that discussion, but I'll reply to it as it pertains to ecigs or the history of regulation.
