Where does the money go if you save money by vaping?

Between my husband and me, we save over $200 a month by vaping as opposed to smoking. We broke even in less than a month on our initial kit and now the savings are beginning. We will use our savings to fuel our concert habit.

First tickets using vaping savings are Hole tix for July in Miami!!!

How about you???

Savings? I probably spend more on ecig stuff then I did on smokes. But enjoying it more.

+1 Waskel!! I know it'll even itself out, but for now, I have to look at it like a 'hobby'...plus cigarettes are now at $11.50/pack in Toronto!! That would mean I would have spent $80.50/week on those things!!

I've found my 'go to' liquid (Tasty Vapor) and, even though I've bought a few more PV's, I can't imagine anything out-performing the EGo.

So, it's slowed down. CONSIDERABLY.

But, THIS place is the WORST place to hang out in if you're trying to SAVE money!!

I think, for me, that the Louboutin boards would be the worst place to hang out if I were trying to save money!

It's only a matter of time before I start justifying more shoes because I don't smoke anymore...

Coming up to 2 years since I bought my first e-cig & as I used to be a very heavy smoker I've saved thousands of pounds. I set up the ticker I've posted below with details of the minimum I used to smoke each day :-

Where has the savings gone - mainly on making sure I have some extra money put aside for vet fees for my cats :)

I have also treated myself to a new PC & a couple of GG's - the best e-cig mods available IMHO & in a way they have also ended up saving me even more money after the initial outlay to buy them :)

I am using my "savings" to go visit my parents for the first time in about 8 years. After that we are saving for a vacation to either Disneyland or Great Wolf Lodge in Washington!

You'll love the GWL Tazzman!! (Just don't expect to leave with any 'spare change', those places are PRICEY!!)

Five months in, I'm quite positive I've spent much more on vaping than I would have on smoking. And, worth every dime.

In the long haul, it may be cheaper ... if I ever get to the point where I'm just replacing consumables. But, in any case, I believe the medical expenses avoided will tip the scales favorably.

Wow, I read that & you are so right....
I've learned more ways to spend money on goodies here than anywhere else. I am delighted with every flavor, cartomiser, battery and case. I suppose the fetish will eventually peak & the spending will wind down.
Meanwhile..I'm having fun, my breath sounds are clear, I'm pushing 60 and for the 1st time in over 40 years I don't wake up hacking my lungs out.
It's worth it!:toast:
