E-cigarello in advertisement - is this real?

I found a somewhat entertaining (and mildly disturbing) video on YouTube:

Besides using sex to sell e-cigs and the humorous text check out 50 seconds into the video. Is that real? It looks almost like they photoshopped a LED on the end of a real cigarello
