E Cigarette FDA petition by AAPHP

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, however I really feel that it is important information for vapers. The American Association of Public Health Physicians has submitted a petition to the FDA to classify electronic cigarettes as an alternative tobacco product, this petition is available for comment at

Regulations.gov.

Please pass this along as this may be the best chance to minimize the FDA actions on e cigarettes.

I am sorry this is not in the petitions area, however I am unable to post there yet.

the battle to BAN ecigs is over, now they'll just regulate/tax the crap out of them, analog style

no menthol, no flavors, 500% tax, it's more than likely coming. One way or another, they will force their will upon us. gov't of the people, by the people, for the people? not anymore...

?I thought they lost the appeal over Judge Leon's original injunction-not the case? It still has to go back to court for the final ruling...........or did they drop it and I missed it?
