Well the one I was looking at you can eat vegetables and free range chicken and turkey... you have to give up white bread, junk food, sweeteners, caffeine, beef and pork ( not a big deal I don't care for beef that much and we don't eat pork often). There's a whole list but the point is you can eat you just have to keep it as organic and low fat as possible.
oh well that counts me out...I live for my junk food...particularly Pizza...I do drink lots of water...lol
