I hope it was okay there. I thought I scared y'all!!
I am sad this evening because I realized I am becoming my father - I just had a screaming match with a television and scared the crap out of 3 animals and a small child when my team just scored.

Struggled to quit for years and years but can't drop the habit. She can quit cold turkey and it only bothers her the first week but she misses everything else about smoking. Hand to mouth, while talking on the phone, driving, sitting outside, having a drink, just all that.
I have to ask about her fear of looking stupid. Did any of you ever feel like that? Like I said in my QSMB post I saw someone vaping the other day and I had to do a double take. I was going to walk over and give him heck for smoking inside.

It would be good to know how much she smoked, what kind f cigs, how active she is as far as going places... and if you think she'd want it to look like a real cig, also does she need things to be as simple as possible or is she the type that doesn't mind fiddling just a litte?
LOL...as long as you don't lick a .... and think it tastes like a cigarette. Now THAT'S a scary addiction!!!!
Yeah I missed it when I quit in fact for me I don't think the nicotine is the pull. I enjoyed the act...that's what I missed I'm sure my body wanted the nicotine too but it was more the action for me.
I figured out how to use the like button.
My big adventure today was falling off a bike and going BOOM on the grass. I have skinned knees and a bruise on a part I will not mention. I was so humiliated- it happened at a work retreat.

. I haven't ridden a bike in awhile let alone wrecked one.The good news is I'm not running down the street to buy a pack. Or a carton.
It tasted like I thought it would. I tested my quit. LOL
I never got the ones who smoked a cigarette a day or could smoke a pack and go for weeks without having any. First, I thought why the hell bother and second was 'How can you do that??' and be jealous and ...... I couldn't.

Oh no...I am so sorry. I once got my shoe laces caught in my spokes and the bike stopped dead and I went right over then handle bars. I was alone and humiliated so I can only imagine.
Shannon, she smokes almost a pack a day - keep in mind that our packs have 25 cigarettes in them. I think she wants it to look like a cigarette - she is just so desperate to be done. I felt horrible because she told me she was so envious of me and I wish she didn't feel like that.
That's funny...I had a friend offer me a cigarette today while out. I took one puff and put it out...it was nasty!! I will now have to reset my counter...err...wait I don't have a counter! Damn it...
Yeah that never made much sense to me eithe Neriah. When I smoked I SMOKED.
I knew one of my friends would come by with a cigarette. I been waiting. Most of my friends don't smoke, or they smoke rollies and I didn't want a draw off of those.
