Why do you keep ignoring my attempts to contribute to the prize fund?

because Magnus is working on his sainthood...

I'm not and I'm not. I haven't considered what totally I'm going to do and actually the offer of funds is nice but I'd rather it go to an advocacy pool instead of a prize fund. If people want to help I'm thinking I'd setup a Cafe Press store or something similar to print stickers, mugs, etc. with the designs that win. Proceeds of which would go to donations to CASAA or something.

Still thinking, not ignoring, or not ignoring in my own head at least. I'm ignoring you outwardly because you're not my type. Sorry. ;-) -Magnus

Every other month I'll be running a contest to highlight a vendor, or vendors, an effort, an ECFer in need, etc. August's contest will be oriented toward increasing the visibility of ECF as a forum for people who want to quit smoking. -Magnus

Hello Lolady. I am not aware of any. Wish I was. The only cartomizers I have ever seen in clear are the dual-coils. Of course that doesn't mean they're not available. I seldom look at anything other than 501 type accessories. I will look and let you know if I come across any.

Today is a "sweet day" for me. Just mixed up some tobacco blend (absolute, EM, PGA) + another 15% straight EM, with 60% VG.

It looks like I'm actually EXHALING cotton candy, and I couldn't be happier.

Alright... I need some help. My August member contest will be oriented toward developing new vendor-neutral advocacy banners, website badges, stickers, and QR codes. Directing people toward a yet-to-be-established thread/sticky or something within ECF with the hope of influencing switchers.

I've slowly been crawling both the original thread and this one for the best posts to consolidate, edit, lists of resources, etc.

Fantastic idea Magnus! If you need any help gathering information to be included, I would be happy to help.

The very first time I clicked ECF, one of the things that fascinated me most was the near-evangelistic enthusiasm with which people would recommend their pet device.

And now I'm having a fine time doing it, too! That I haven't actually used anything but a KR808d-1, well, that's just irrelevant.

That's just hilarious! But I've come to expect no less from you.

I'm trying to get a friend started on vaping. She has a kit and a couple of juices (very graciously donated by some lovely folks), but she needs some tobacco juices, and I don't have any, since I don't care for them. If anyone has any tobacco juices that you no longer want and would like to donate to a new vaper, please let me know and I'll provide you with her address to send to her directly.

I have yet to run into anyone that didn't like DK-TAB.
Let me know where to send it and I can hook her up with a 10ml sample.

I haven't done any Web programming in quite a while but I think it basically involves a small JAVA or something applet running on a server. The banner link points to the applet and passes the info (quit date, etc.), and the applet generates the banner image and displays it. I think.

So I believe if you (Lolady) had an adaptor for your little hookah doodle to convert it to 510 threads you could use these clear cartomizers with it. Probably a 901/510 adaptor. Someone here can probably verify that as I'm not sure which threads your device has.

I will get some to use with my little "traveling" e-cig. Not sure of the model number but I use a 901/510 on it all the time and 510 cartomizers. (can't use LR with it)

Thanks CB (and btw the ego/clones work very well with LR - at least I've had good luck with them)

I just bought one of those, it doesn't work on my 808 batteries. The autos or the manual. I draw on it, I get nothing.

It's supposed to work, it looks like it would work, it doesn't work. I even pulled the battery contact up just a bit to see if it wasn't making contact. Still no dice.

I bought mine at Super-T Manufacturing and it works with mine fine. There must be something else at play here.
