How will the contest be run? If it's a contest thread, how to you keep people from just copying the answers from the other posts. I know, no guarantee that anyone has the right answer, but if 10 people all have the same answer it might be tempting to someone not bother to do the research themselves.
The idea was to have all entries PMed to me, and I would announce the winner at the end of each two week period.
At the end of the contest (how ever many two week periods it goes) all winning submissions will be posted.

This is definitely the part that worries me though, and I don't much like my solution.

In question #2 unless the answer is "as a tobacco product" I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. I'm not sure the FDA knows what they are going to do just yet.
I haven't refined the questions yet, but the final question will be a little clearer.
:)

How about:

3.) What entities are opposed to electronic cigarettes being freely available, and where do they get their funding?

Maybe the funding part could be left off.
Yes, it will definitely be worded more like that, and the funding part will stay.
:)

I haven't been on too much lately. All of that talk a while back about gaming got me in gear to download LOTRO again. I have been playing for a while (level 60) but I had lost my game due to a malware attack a while back. I just never had gotten back to playing it again. So I am spending lots of time killing monsters. And vaping of course.

:)

I hope everyone gets to feeling better. And those with personal issues get them resolved. It just takes some time of course. Watch out for them dang ladders.

I still pop in several times a day.

Just wanted to say howdy to all.

:rickroll:

Holy cow! Maybe I shouldn't call my husband a sissy next time he refuses to go up the ladder to change the outside spots. Those things are deathtraps! 8-o

I've said this once, but it bears repeating... You couldn't pay me enough to get on to a ladder. No way, no how.

When I worked retail my store had these stupid little halogen lamps that would go out (it seemed) every three hours. Since I was the manager, I could command my underlings to do it.

I use them sparingly. There are times nothing else will do. Even if you are tall. But an 8' is my limit. If its higher than that I have friends who will scurry up anything. But don't call him a sissy. I hate the damn things too.

'Eh, I don't CALL him a sissy about not wanting to climb a ladder, I just think it. I only CALL him a sissy when he's running away and flailing wildly at a bumblebee.

EDIT: but I promise to never think mean things about ladders ever again thanks to this thread :)

(and no, he's not allergic to bees, just deathly terrified)

I used to be like that but somewhere along the way I got over it, and bees and I have made peace.
I guess I finally got used to the idea that they really don't WANT to sting me.

I'm still sort of that way about spiders though.

I've been stung so many times I've lost track now. In case you were wondering, knocking down a wasp nest with a slingshot while standing under said nest is not advisable.

I had a spider try to climb into my ear the other day. I like spiders, but trying to climb into my ear is also not advisable.

Yup. I am irrationally terrified of spiders. So I suppose that makes hubby and I even.
I don't really consider a fear of spiders all that irrational.
I mean you never know which ones might actually be able to kill you.

At least this is what I tell my wife.
:)

Of course I don't run screaming from the room and flailing my arms like a little girl.
Okay, now that describes my reaction to June bugs.
Especially the big green ones that sound like jet engines.
