Hi Everybody!!!

Good to be back....this thread is so far gone - that to try and catch up would be futile!!! So just jumping back in here to say boo and hope everybody had a good week!

I managed to come home with extra vacay funds....so now I'm going to feed the addiction I want to get a Riva 1100 mah kit and was wondering if anybody had any feedback on this here. I did post in mod specific thread..but there is such a variety of peeps here..thot I would throw something here too. I have a 650 mah that I use exclusively for dripping new juices and switch up flavs during the day and I really like it so now want to try the 1100 out with a few cartos. Interested in the 2 clear cartos...

Were the Segways you rode the earlier models where steering is achieved by twisting the hand-grip or the later ones where the control shaft leans to one side or the other?

It was the kind where the control shaft leans to one side or the other.

The big "trick" to them is to not fight them. Most people that get on them, fight initially to maintain their own balance, the machine will do that. I use one for a big event I run every year, been doing it for the last couple of years. It's a large flight line and a lot of property/ground to cover, so I need mobility without having to walk or run everywhere for a 4 day stretch.

On a side note: I have started two MEGA threads on ECF, one really a continuation of the other. Sure I'm human and I dig this but whats most important is this happened because we all share a common interest in stopping smoking, stay quit smoking, helping others to quit smoking and fight the many misconceptions out there that could stop someone from trying an e-cig that could save their life.

I haven't posted in a while, been busy with other things but I'm still using an e-cig and have no desire to pick up a real cig. You guys have continued what I started on your own out of your caring for truth and thank you all and applaud you for it. Truly e-cig people are among the finest people on the planet and even though we all .... heads at times ( we all have our own unique personalities) I am happy to know you all and know that YOU are such a caring person.

If this thread dwindles down to a trickle because some folks wont be posting as much or posting as much on other forums this thread discusses, I encourage you to still stick to your guns in everyday life. Fight the good fight, be a champion to the oppressed smoker that has been lied to and needs salvation from harmful tobacco smoke.

I don't care who you are, how small and unimportant you feel you are, know that YOU can make a difference and help save a life. That's the main thing. In the immortal words of Captain Jason Nesmith - "Never give up... and never surrender!"

It seems pretty much all of us have been implicated in the "offensive post" category.
Even those who never posted anything remotely offensive.

It's a sick and twisted world we live in.
And those ...... over there at QSMB that rule the roost are the most sick and twisted of all.

This thread has mostly evolved into a very nice place to hang out for those of us who "met" and have become friends thru the QMSB debacle.

I've managed to break my addiction of checking QSMB... free at last, NOPE (Not One Peek Ever)!

ETA: Madman, if you change the "..dark.png" to "..default.png" in your signature script, it should work again. The black background is working for some, but not others.

My wife and I were sitting down in the living room tonight chatting about something or other when we suddenly heard a "pop." All four cats bolted from the room faster than I have ever seen them move all puffed out and looking generally terrified. The aroma of burnt electrical and hair filled the room. Of course my first instinct was to find what was burning while my wife's was to make sure her "children" were safe. It didn't take long to find the source of the smell or the culprit that created it.

Zorro has always had a chewing fetish and tonight he finally discovered what that could lead to. This time he was lucky. The whiskers on the left side of his face were burned off and one of his nine lives erased. He managed to bite through the insulation on my wife's MacBook power adapter. A quick inspection shows this has been going on for some time. I'm amazed this hasn't happened sooner. I hate to be that guy who says "I told you so," but I was tonight. The wife always wondered why I never wanted him around my electronics. Now she knows.

ECF has received complaints that our members have been causing problems on another forum, QSMB. This is strictly against our rules - see Rule 20.

This type of behavior will not be tolerated. ECF members need to be careful about what they do on other forums as it brings our name into disrepute and eventually leads to forum wars. Your actions have already started this process and WE WILL NOT TOLERATE IT.

If we receive any more complaints about ECF members then those members will be banned from ECF. No warnings, no excuses accepted.

Any post that I locate on QSMB from this point on that can be attributed to an ECF member and that I find offensive in any way to QSMB members will result in a ban here for that ECF member.

You may take this as your first and your final warning.

We know our actions did not start any wars or anything bad between us intentionally. None of us would have ever done anything to show ECF in a bad light. I don't think rolygate really believes that either. We have all been on good behavior since we talked this over with Fred, the Owner & Mod from QSMB and Fred hasn't called any of us out that I know of for anything against the QSMB Rules. Rolygate can check with Fred the QSMB owner to confirm that. This amounts to nothing more than some of thier members trying to make trouble for others. In fact, this should be reported to Fred. Fred and rolygate should work together to determine who those persons were trying to cause trouble for us and determine if that claim has any real merit because if not I am sure that violates the QSMB forum rules.

I am not worried about this in the least. I know I'm not representing ECF in a bad light, I know I am not being offensive to QSMB members, and Fred the QSMB owner will attest to that.

Sometimes I can't tell if he's incredibly smart or just plain ol' stupid. Those power adapters aren't cheap, but lucky for him it was just the part that plugs into the wall and a replacement can be found for $6 on eBay... Otherwise he would be looking for a new home and in this economy... Best of luck.
