Hey folks, sorry if this is answered somewhere, or posted in the wrong forum, but I recently moved to missouri (Just hit a month) and can't quite find if there are any laws concerning ecigs or PV's and their use indoors and such, kind of hoping someone could either tell me because they live here, or because they found an article, google came up with nothing but them banning regular cigarettes indoors, and regulating the age of people who can buy it. Couldn't find anything definitive on what is and is not allowed, thanks guys.

I am not aware of any legislation at this point at the state level. I have also not heard of any legislation here in the Saint Louis Metro area. What area are you in?
Saint Joseph. I know they recently banned cigarettes indoors, but I am not aware if it also applies to vaping.
A quick search of the Legislation News forum would turn up all the info we have available.
I could find anything but then again with 100 or so pages it would've not been easy. It seems like no official law is in place but the "Ask first" is the rule.
Im in st louis and only have one restaurant where you can still smoke cigarettes after 9pm.They said to vape we had to sit in the smoking section. My game plan is if i couldnt lit up some where i most likely cant vape in there either.Ill keep it in my car, go from there.
