Not as bad as I thought they might be.. Lot's to sort out, but would it not be up to the manufacture of the hardware to apply for FDA approval? I can just imagine 5000 different Chinese companies applying for there version of an ego battery. I don't think the FDA will be able to keep up with all the different devices on the market and this could be a problem if vendors do not have FDA approved devices for sale. It's pretty nutty since batteries and mods essentially work the same. I'm on board with disclosing ingredients in the juice but that is just a label change... we shall hear much more on this as the drama unfolds.
