I am not saying do it or not. No one knows for sure how safe vaping is. We just hope and think it is safer.

I have to admit I did smoke during all 3 of my pregnancies and I also will admit I smoked a lot more then usual during the last one.
I was asked especially during the last pregnancy to breast feed. I told them I felt bad enough about the smoking during the pregnancy that I didn't want to keep feeding my kid nicotine after she was born. They told me the benefits of breast feeding outweighed the nicotine intake. Thats all I know.
