I'm no doctor. But I know what's in the juice and compared to burned tobacco and the other chemicals that the companies add it's unfathomable that it would be worse than cigarettes.

I think I would actually ask my Dr in this case. (well never have been nor ever will be pregnant, but anyways) Of course they will say quit smoking. Maybe the Dr will do some research on their own and give you some good news based upon what they learn.

In my opinion I think for me it's far safer than smoking.

I thought that myself but it's actually the nicotine that's causes the problem for the unborn baby, iv tried patches when pregnant so I didn't think there would be much difference, Iv already discussed it with my doctor and my blood pressure has went down from iv started my e cig so he didn't have much to say, it's other people and their views that was worrying me. Thanks

If your doctor doesn't have a problem with it I'm sure I would take his opinion over someone who knows nothing on the subject

Hi ADYR! It is a good question and hard to reply. I suggest reading this page with an open mind. Effects of Nicotine During Pregnancy: Human and Experimental Evidence
My personal thoughts are irrelevant since I cannot make your choice. I will say that vaping would/could be a lesser risk on the developing fetus.

BTW your not the only one that presents with high blood pressure. I have read numerous papers on folks who had normal BP readings. After quitting nicotine the BP raises considerably. Some people state that it may take up to 30 days to normalize within the system. However, for some it never goes away. They end up on a anti-high blood pressure medication.
Edit: BP means blood pressure. Not big pharma. LOL
