    No you can't
So I ask you what law we break with using E-CIGS?
Is Congress working on a bill to submit to the president to make it law of the land?
The agency of  FDA works for the President which is the person who appoints them to run the agency  FDA and he can fire them at will.
When my boss wants something done. He comes to me and I do it.

It's not a matter of IF ... Its a matter of When

E-smoking harms no one ... Except BP's profits.
If every e-smoker would join CASAA and pledge $10 every month
it would make a difference. E-smokers need to be part of an organized
opposition ... as well as members of E-cigarette Internet Discussion groups.

    All up in your grill..
The law of probabilities. As in if you smoke you will probably develop some sort of smoking related illness. You are probably paying more net tax's then a non smoker. You will probably have higher medical bills then a non smoker. You at some point will probably be subjected to having your behavior controlled by someone you don't care about.

If there's money to be made selling a product, someone will continue to sell it- no matter the legal designation. Laws can easily be circumvented, legally speaking, so long as there's an active community and customer base tto continue supporting the industry. Everyone needs to take a minute and RELAX... :)
