Woo-wee, I'm not a legal expert, but thanks for the thought. Ludo, however, spelled out PayPal's policy in a thread today that makes it clear our stuff is NOT legal for purchase through them. That is a good question! Unfortunatly I dont think there are any manufacturers that are not using nicotine from tobacco..
Although I guess I should find out from Johnson Creek if the nicotine in there new liquid is tobacco based or not..

Hi Phil. What made me think of this was that on another thread someone said they'd heard that Freesmoke eliquid was made with potato nicotine. I don't know for sure. Please do keep us posted about Johnson Creeks nicotine source.

I don't recall ever hearing that about Freesmoke, but I do remember a revellee marketer saying that about revellee's liquid.
