Its layed out in Paypals terms an conditions/user agreement. Nothing in regards to Nicotine itself, only tobacco is mentioned twice.




Yes mate that’s all I could see when I looked at they’re policy were the regs on tobacco, just thought I might run it pass Bob, as he seems to be the legal beagle. Thanks.

This is very very true ... TB knows his stuff :)

In the mean time, I may just faze out Paypal all together and just take credit cards ... hmmmm

I wonder if there's any mileage in the argument that our nicotine isn't a tobacco product if we get it from potatoes.


That is a good question! Unfortunatly I dont think there are any manufacturers that are not using nicotine from tobacco..

Although I guess I should find out from Johnson Creek if the nicotine in there new liquid is tobacco based or not..

Ill keep you guys posted on that one.
