According to this article I came across. I was googling something else (dehydration) and sadly this came up as the first result. I don't believe a word of it. Increase in airway resistance? Lol.

This 10 min. "study" was discussed somewhere here. Mostly of course pointed out how much BS it contains and about 10 minute observation... the most epic failed logic ever. Wonder if they will ban all surgeries because obviously after 10 minutes into surgery nothing good happens...

On bad note: Yes, first things are bad. Same when I tried to search ecig. If I didn't know somebody who smoked ecig I would probably be scared away by that bs that comes out from search. Happy ending for me was to try it based on seeing my friend vape and still being alive... but imagine how many dismissed it because of these articles.

Even in the medical community tho a study that small will be questioned. And of course for the 8 non smokers it would effect them, it would be like handing them a cig and telling them to smoke it, that first drag would choke them up. As to the smokers, ok I know when I started vaping it would choke me up, one I didn't know how to inhale from one properly and the throat hit on the higher PG juices gets to me even now.

So they left too many unanswered questions.

The company that did this study takes money from Pfizer- the maker of many nicotine patches and inhalers. Of COURSE they don't want you to quit smoking using Ecigs. They want you to quit using Pfizer products:)

Plus, we don't know how the study was conducted! What type of Nic juice was used? Did they know how to use an Ecig or did they let it burn dry and get harsh vapor? How many inhales were done over the ten minutes- 10 or 100? So many variables.

    No you can't
Don't be concerned about there findings, it not about what is bad or good us.
It's all about them trying to get power and control with rules and regulations.
All of the people now days, who are telling us things are trying to get power and using us as thier tools to get it.
It's happening with reports given favoring their work and in our goverment telling us what is bad and we can't use what there say is bad. Then they take there money and invest it in things that they control and get more money/power to tell us more things that are bad for us. But with all there money and power they get what there want and we not allowed to.

So don't be worried about what's being said. but DO VOICE YOUR OPION and let them KNOW before its to late and there take away your rights once again!

I liked this part in one comment:

I am also surprised at the vagueness of this article. Please define 220% airway resistance. Last I checked 100% is a whole, so 200% seems like dead...twice.

    Hah!

Yeah, I'm going to disregard this obvious propaganda and keep right on vaping.. After all, like has been pointed out, we're doing this to stay away from smoking tobacco, which is far more dangerous than this could ever be.

And so much better tasting ;)

This is why the mods ask you to break the links when you post them. Just posting it here on ECF gives it +1 Google juice to be on the number 1 spot when you do such searches. Do a search of search engine optimization (SEO) and you'll find all kinds of other nasty tricks that BP could've used to get that into the top spot. And you just unintentionally added to it's likelihood of being in the top results which is why the cowdog is asking you to edit it so the link doesn't work properly.

I am new to ecigs but anyone that thinks inhaling most anything won't restrict their airways some is crazy. With that said without a comparison analysis to smoking cigarettes I find any study a joke to say the least. I can say after primarily vaping for the last 4 days, 5 analogs total in those 4 days, my energy level has skyrocketed already. I feel like going running while when I was smoking I didn't want to walk up my stairs and I am not overweight. Now how far I would make it if I went running is anyones guess because I have been able to fight the urge so far .

So according to this study ... smokers have LESS airway resistance than non-smokers?

    Mmmmmkayyyyyy

According to their study, current smokers could breathe more easily than non-smokers. I believe these tests are faulty or the researchers suck at researching.

Oops, didn't see your post first... I guess I suck at reading, lmao!
