According to a vaper who spoke to a supplier in Greece, there is no new regulation proposed. As I recall, Greece already prohibits buying nicotine from China, but vendors are able to purchase products from other countries without issue.

Greg is correct, the law is from 2008 and pertains to nicotine itself. The ecig is catching on pretty rapidly in Greece so the Gov and their version of the FDA have decided to begin a war on them. There is no ban in place yet though. I spoke to a few vendors from Greece and they confirmed that.
