I just saw 2 listings on ebay for the generic ego's. Has ebay changed their policies? FWIW the auctions are only 2 days old, maybe the ebay powers to be were sleeping this weekend. Does anyone know for sure?

i would stay away, as you know there are policies against this. The listing will likely be removed, plus there are countless sites to order from!
You cannot post them. If they are listed they just haven't been caught, or they are wording creatively. I've seen ads for provari's disappear. One time I bid on a ZAP and got an email saying that the auction was removed.

I didn't know there was a policy against selling them there, since I've seen them listed many times. But I guess they can't catch everything, like some people mentioned. 
Just call it a herbal vaporizer... they've been selling those on ebay for years...
