They are private business. They can choose to sell or not sell what they want thats legal.
Yes, but it still has to do with money. Once the demand is gone and it doesnt hurt in this case eBay financially they will start deleting mass listings.
So in that sense its never going to change. It hasnt changed in hundreds of years and dont see it happening in the future even though anything is possible.
There are tons of listings on eBay right now for vaping gear. I'm not sure but I think the trick is in the wording of the listing. Certain words like ecig, ecigarette, etc... will get the listing pulled. If someone really wants to sell something on eBay they should probably scan existing listings paying special attention to the words that are used and not used to sell vape gear.
No offense to the seller posting here. But bay sux. Used to be awesome but there's nothing sold as new I can't find cheaper somewhere else. Too many people go to eBay without checking around cause they think it will be automatically be cheaper and many sellers know this. -2 bucks + ridiculous shipping in many cases

Yes, you are correct! The trick is definitely the wording used. eBay doesn't generally have time to "police" the listings....certain words in the title or body will get the listing pulled or if someone sees it and decides to report your listing it will get pulled.
Ah! Excellent point, bekka! In fact, I did have a problem with the listing before! It had been put up as an auction, and at the end, the winning bidder never sent payment. I have in place the Unpaid Assistant tool, and after two days, eBay sent a message to the winner that they had won, and were required to fulfill their bid. After four more days, nothing. So eBay gave the original bidder a ding, and I relisted the auction.
It's pretty simple with me. If I win an auction, or do a BIN, I ALWAYS pay right at the end. I believe that if someone doesn't have the money to pay for an item, then maybe they shouldn't be bidding on it.
It has crossed my mind that maybe the original winner got peeved at this, and decided to report my auction.

There are no age restrictions to date on anything except Tobacco.

With Ebay and Paypal being one in the same it is no surprise. We need other options besides a classified. Though I will try to register here, but my 99.99% 500 positive feedbacks on Ebay does not translate here as a noob with 1 or 2 postings. Newbies like me are prime picking for good deals because I'm wasting money on equipment experimenting and need to re-sale
