e-cigsmokeshoppe: major failure to communicate--does anyone have a phone number?

I recently made a purchase; I attempted to follow up on the very nice letter Jacqueline sent me regarding how they wanted me to handle their inability to send a charger for which I had been billed.

Only when I attempted to respond did I realize that not only did they not have an email address, they didn't even have a phone number listed, and only a PO box in Lakeland Florida. Instead, they had a fill-in form (for which, of course, one cannot keep a record of correspondence). They say they have an "office chat" but that icon just leads to a site marketing online chat services to retailers. I have written three messages with no reply. I just figured out her user name on this board and sent her a PM demand letter, if you will.

I am still giving Jacqueline an opportunity to respond, despite getting no response to my three inquiries over the past two weeks plus. A phone number would be a great help. I contacted the suppliers in her area, and all disclaimed any knowledge of her or the company.

I will post more about the transaction as it develops, and what if any remedial measures she/I take. In the meantime, if anyone knows of a means by which I can speak directly to Jacqueline, that'd be great.

Wanted to update: shortly after posting this, Jacqueline sent me a very nice message apologizing for the lack of communication and promising to refund the money. She not only refunded the money, but an additional $2.25 for the trouble. The refund came through within four days.

Jacqueline said that the problem was a technical one that has since been resolved. I appreciate her getting back to me, but think it would be a really good idea if she posted a telephone number where one could at least leave a message and get a call back in case there are future technical problems like this.
