E-Hurricane Supplies?

• water
• batteries
• gasoline
• e-liquid
• car charger (unless you have a generator, no power means passthroughs and wall units will be kaput!) 8-o

I think you should get one of these Iolite/I-inhale.

Take the stuffing out of a few atomizers, and put them in the chamber to hold the E-Liquid.

Then all you need is that, and a few cans of butane.

OMG. Hello from Louisiana. I don't want to think about it, but I am stocked up on batteries and juice. I'll have to charge a bunch up ahead of time and depend on one car charger if things drag on. Neighbors all have generators. Still have a bunch of MRE's from last year. Last year the kids would go from house to house getting their DS's charged up while we waited 7 days for power. LOL.

hell to the no, guys.....after losing every single worldly possession i had in hurricane katrina, i am OUT OF HERE when it looks serious....i have moved uptown and uphill to a 'non flood zone', and will throw my guitars, cats, and ecigs in my car and head out of town to a hotel in a non danger zone with power......actually had a very interesting 'hurrication' for gustav last year in some bum**** town in alabama trapped in a cheap hotel with the kitties and a friend...and a playstation.......no way am i staying here without power....

Hell, some evacs from katrina even landed up here near me in southeast missouri. I guess worst case scenario you can stop by my place for a refill.

If you have your computer hooked up through a UPS, you do have some battery power you can use to charge some batteries or use a passthrough, you know! I have so many UPS units here that I lose track of them, and I'm grateful for them when we have big storms and the power goes out.

screw that, jd, i work at the superdome quite a bit as you know, but although it's a very pleasant place to hang out when the general public aren't in there, i wouldn't want to get stuck in there with everyone in town that doesn't have a car, the bathrooms get a wee bit unruly....lol....but i will make sure to get in touch with you if we have to evacuate this year so we can all evacuate to the same hotel and have a mass vape party with all of your stock

Mobile actually - but I travel from Jacksonville to N'arlins every week. We stock all the Smokeys and Cig-n-Suds in LA. I was in Bay St. Loius in '69 for Camille, Mobile in '79 for Frederick and Biloxi for Katrina. I've found if you ever see Jim Cantore from the Weather Channel in your hometown - GET OUT!

Excellent post. I have been stocking up and making plans-just in case. I always have a fully stocked hurricane kit and this year I've added e-smoke supplies as well. I may pick up a couple more PVV's that will last through four charges and then use either my invertor or car charger to re-charge them. Also, picked up a Dipow USB portable battery pack that will charge five times using a USB unit. Also works for iPods an iPhones!!!

All of the above preps are in case we can't use the generator for a few days.

Oh, I was going to tell ya'll my stupid Katrina cigarette story. I bought 5 packs of cigarettes and then the night before I couldn't find them anywhere. Freaked me out. 1 year later I found them in the box with the Skill saw. I must have been going to cut plywood for the windows or something. I smoked em after I found em too. Yuk.

BTW, we always say if Cantore shows up, the storm will go elsewhere. We've seen him here (SW Florida) many times and the weather was gorgeous! LOL Of course,there is always a first time.
