starting to scare me a little bit cause I'm going through like anywhere from 4-12 ml a day and I'm just worried I'm getting more nic than I was smoking anywhere from 2 mg juice to 2.5 mg
I also vape 4-12ml/day.

If I'm drinking on the weekend, I can do 12ml of 6mg juice no problem. Normally I go thru 4-6ml/day.

You will feel sick if guy are taking in too much NIC and 4-12ml is not excessive for most people. Some vape 1ml but others go thru a 30ml a day.

When I first got my Dripbox 160, I went through almost 30 ml with it the first day. I've since slowed down a bit and went back to my previous usage level, so now on various drippers and RTA's I'm going through about 20-25 ml a day.

The funny thing when I first started vaping, I was using 3 ml a day and I thought I was vaping a lot. Although if you look at the numbers, I'm getting about the same amount of nicotine. When I started vaping, I was vaping 24 mg juice and now I'm vaping 3 mg juice.

In survey threads here, it was established that a very typical level of nicotine uptake among vapers here centers around 50mg/day. Some people vape up to 100mg or more, but I suspect a mathematical analysis would have put 50mg close to an average or medium. I vape around 45mg/day myself.

You seem to indicate 4-12ml of 2-2.5mg eLiquid. That would put you at 30mg/day maximum, and that is under the average, as I understand and explained things here.

I believe this to be the best advice you will ever get on nicotine consumption... never, ever risk relapsing to smoking due to some effort to arbitrarily limit your nicotine uptake. Nicotine is no more hazardous than caffeine, and has arguably more potential health benefits. There are no credible studies indicating any hazard associated with vaping nicotine (which is very different than smoking). Your job should be to ensure you quit smoking and stay quit. Not to worry about nicotine propaganda.

A good place to start your research on nicotine propaganda...
