Hi vapers
need some advice as so far I've been reading guides and asking e-juice vendors about it, but haven't gotten satisfactory answer yet ...
so, i've been smoking Light cigarettes for ... ekhm ... 17 years or so, tomorrow will get my first e-cigarette. for starters I ordered (and received already) e-juices from HighBrow with 6mg nicotine levels. is it equivalent (considering the absorbed amounts, not absolute amounts)? if it's too low, I assume I will have a need to vape them more often "than I should", right?
or should I get next shipment of e-juices (still testing, so might try another vendor too) with let's say 12mg nicotine?
as far as I know 18mg is closer to regular analog cigarette, but can't find definite answer on Light equivalent, some say it's between 6 and 12mg others say it's 6mg right on spot ... and others claim it's rather 18mg or 24mg LOL ... I guess all are corect, all that changes is ust the amount of juice needed to get vaped in a given time, right?
here's the most "technical" nicotine absorption explanation I found so far:
Breaking it down
Thanks.
