Because it won't. Starbucks will, this stuff won't. It is for DIYing, so you'd only be adding it in as flavoring, it's a small percentage of the total juice content.

Not sure I'd trust TW's "Kaffeine." There's nothing there that actually states that caffeine is added as far as I can see, just that it has a kick. There is a disclaimer that these juices may contain: "slight traces of PG, VG, PEG-400, alcohol and water." But oddly enough, nothing about caffeine besides "a real caffeine kick." I could be wrong, but I trust Tw about as much as I do the government, possibly less actually.

The Green Cow says CAFFEINE. I feel fairly confident that the "kaffeine" mentioned is just caffeine. If you read the description.. they replace all the Cs with Ks in that one.. it's just a thing they did.

Yeah, I know they replaced all the K's. And I missed the Green Cow (funny it's not Kow, lol). I just found it odd they had a disclaimer only for the other additives, but not for caffeine. And after reading posts on here about and by TW, I just don't trust them at all.

Dissolve it in some (Hot?) water, mix the water with VG, blend it in a e-juice.

I have not kept up on the caffeine e-liquid but all I remember from reading about it many months ago was that no one had success mixing it because the powdered mix would never dissolve completely.

perhaps now as was mentioned with the green cow, someone has perfected the method. it would be worth a try.

Both, but you could get a no nic version. OR mix your own. Those flavors are available as flavoring only. That's what I do, to save $$. The caffeine ones need to be warmed a bit before using. Also there is a non-caffeine version of the Kola.... See the 'blurbs' that describe the flavor.
