Yes I know FreedomSmokeUSA ships to Canada. I am sure others will let you know of other sites but this is one I have dealt with and had good experience with it.

Yes that is for making your own juice, if you are interested in doing that, I just got all the things I need from One Stop DIY Shop . They have everything you need to make your own and will help you get started. There is very good section on the forum for diy also. But if you are not ready for that order your juices from forum suppliers that ship to Canada.

Sorry when you said Nic juice I thought you were looking for DIY juice mixing. You mix it with VG and/or PG to cut down the nic levels and flavor yourself.
