I just ordered some liq e-juice.
Up until now I've only used the carts.

What is the proper way to load the e-juice ?

By far, the best way to load and reload blank cartridges is with a syringe stuck all the way though the core so you fill from the bottom up. Dripping it on to the blank cartridge does not cut it and wastes e-liquid as you want the core to really wick. You can get them from Johnson Creek and Puresmoker or use the ones that they sell to reload ink in printer cartridges--Sun
