No Throat Hit when liquid are in cartridge

Well my friends.... it's me again with another newbie question...

I bought a tobacco juice with 16mg and it's very strong for me.

I cut it with PG+VG like that:
0,5ml E-liq + 0,5ml VG + 0,5ml PG, and by my calcs stay around 6mg.

Here is my problem/doubt:
When i'm dripping, the liquid is very good, with a good throat hit. But when i refill my cart, the taste is the same but don't have throat hit...

Someone had this problem???

Must i do add more nic???

I find the reverse is true for me.

I get a much stronger throat hit when using carts and not dripping.

so... what can be???

today, i will make a 8mg liquid to test it..... i will test with a pure 16mg liquid in the cart too..... but, will boom with my ideal nicotine rate....

I try with a non-cut 16mg on cartridge, but is the same thing... Now, i can fell a little hit, but it's less than a LOW CART of deal extreme (TRASH LIQUD).

nobody have any idea????
