E-liquid flavorings...

I'm sure there are plenty of these... But would anyone know where one can get suitable (No Oil/sugar) flavorings for self-mixing e-liquids retail rather then online?

Find a baking supply store. Many of the same flavorings that are used for cakes and candies can be used in the liquids.
