Liquid Flavorings

Looking for info on candy flavors, etc., to make my own e liquid. Do they have to be oil free? How do I know if they are oil free if I order online?

I mixed some cinnamin using unflavored PG 24 mg nicotine, and Wilton candy flavor, which has oil in it. Yummy! But I'm wondering if it will damaged my atty's.

Oil in very minimum quantities does not seem to damage atties, but I personally do wonder if inhaling it like this is all that healthy.
