E-Liquid Sedimented on Lung because Vaping(?)

So this girl posting this on her soc-med account. My friend sent me this ss and warn me about side-effect of vaping.

It said:

"Info for my friends who vapes...!!! Last night I have feeling pain in my chest... hard to breathe, a bit swollen caused by chemicals a.k.a liquid sedimented on my lung. It get sucked and all of them is Chocolate Liquid. If you want to believe it or not its your own choices..!!! It's terrifying even though I'd like vaping so much {vape Casualties} even though I didn't drink that why it all get sedimented.."


Does anyone have known same issue like this girl or its just a made up story?

First thought here is that it could be a true story if she happened to be vaping e-Liquids that contained oil based flavors. I am thinking this because of the Foreign language and it being from Indonesia possibly black market e-Liquids. Now this is only my first impression and not researched so it is just my gut feeling.

Yes it's Indonesia.. and there are not any regulations about vaping industry.

@Thermopylia as I stated above it is just how I feel after reading it and honestly to me it is not worth the time to research it. If I happen to come across any new information I will gladly post it for others.

He is not like anti-vaping guy actually.. he just randomly remind me because he knows I'm vaping. It's just me who bothering to convince him that vaping isn't that bad. And maybe try to move him from smoking to vaping.

I would think, and JMO that if that was happening then there would be cases of that here in the states because the media would jump at a story like that. In any event, hope the girl is ok.
