There are several Vendors who will provide 100% VG Liquids. Velvet Cloud Vapors is just one of many 100% VG Vendors. Many others offer a 'Purity' line, or 100% VG option. HHV, Highbrow and MyVapeJuice come to mind.
Contact the Vendor first, and don't be afraid to ask questions. Custom E-Liquids is becoming a very competitive market, and many Vendors. or at least the ones who want to stay in business, will do what they can to provide you with quality liquids.

I've only ordered from one online vender. Heathers Heavenly Vapes. They were also the first on line vender I tried. I've settled on five of them and they are all NETs.
50/50 @ 12 mg
Legend....my main vape
Sludge.....I like in the morning and at night
Serendipity
Pirate's Booty
Dragon's Fire

The last three I vape as the mood strikes me. I've thought about trying NETs from other venders but HHV does the trick so well that I've just not been in a hurry.

i thought i posted here. hmm boba's bounty and gorilla juice. when i read reviews i thought, sounds like a bunch of old geezers liked it. then i realized i'm an old geezer. i've gone thru over 200 ml each.
i think heathers is awesome, legend, etc. also bah-in.
oh, i wanted to try castle long reserve. just so happens that i got a $39 check in the mail that day. it's one of the most amazing juices i've ever tried. it's art. i got my tongue caught in the bottle trying to get every last bit.

Ive been hooked on House of Liquids Papillon Organic -Caramel & Cream, for almost a year, nothing can beat or even match it, have to have a stash at all times.

Which is annoying as Id like another few flavours to enjoy! And ive tried loads... Grants Vanilla Custard is the only one that came close and got a reorder, but Ive gone off it now.
Got a few ideas from this thread though! Im always nervous ordering from the US, but itd be worth it to find another winner.

Thanx for the thread VapinsweetZ I've been trying to find some decent vendors to buy from. Im pretty new to vaping n its not big here in AUS (I only know 1 other person that vapes) I've been ordering from a NZ company called soulblu they actually have some nice flavors but 1 they're all abit thin and 2 after a few days of vaping the same flavor u cant taste it anymore so been looking for something to tickle my taste buds
