E Power Battery

I seem to have a dead E power battery after a month and a half. After charging until green light, the output voltage is 3.2 volt. My good battery has an output of 4.07 volts.
the switch doesn't flash when I attach the battery and no firing of the carto.

The batteries are from VJ and are 14650 at 1050 mah. I see the batts being offered now are 14650 at 1300 mah.

Will they fit in the tube? is the switch I have ok for this battery?
does higher mah mean longer lasting

Yes the 3000 mah will work and fit perfectly with the E-Power and yes the higher the mah the longer the time between charges.
