E-Power users?

I've been all over the ECF reading up on what I could find about the e-power, and I'm thinking this would be a good next step for me. Watched some reviews on YouTube, read what I could on here...

My question is, I guess, WHERE would be the best place to buy - a reputable dealer that you have experience with, fast shipping, and IN STOCK?

Also, besides a kit and some juice, any other recommendations on what else I should think about getting with it?

Your input is appreciated!

I have several that I purchased in PIF-came out to around $40 with a spare housing and switch, batteries, etc. The Smoktek atty's are basically useless junk since they burn out so quickly, and the pre-filled carts are not to my taste. I use a tank with mine now.

They work fine, but there are a few caveats:

1) Don't get black. The paint wears off very quickly. The SS/Titanium, however, take use and abuse well.
2) Get genuine Joye attys or the Ikenvape ones.
3) Mark your batteries!!!! I reversed the polarity in the dark (easy to do with the flat top batteries) and blew two switches-no the fault of the e power since I was aware of the problem and got sloppy.
4) There was a problem with the 510 connector on many of the earlier models since the thread is designed for the slightly longer Smoktek attys.
5) As with all screw threads (except the atty/carto), you should use a VERY light dab of Noalox which is a conductive grease. IMHO, that should be standard kit for anyone using a tube mod. Can be had at a Lowes or Home Depot for a few bucks.

If you order from Gotvapes or Madvapes, they should be able to tell you if you now need an adapter for the non Smoktek attys.

Enjoy!

...I have the 14650 model in black, it's a rubberized finish and it ain't gonna flake off on ya...I bought mine from crystalclearvaping.com for 55bux with the ecf5off coupon code...for that price, Andrew will throw in, in addition to what comes in the kit, a 5pk of the truly awesome 1.7ohm Resurrector cartos(a 7.50 value), a 30ml bottle of his hand crafted juice and FREE SHIPPING...one heckuva deal by any reckoning...

...hoosierecigsupply.com has them for 42bux/kit with no extras...several other vendors carry them as well...

...I can't recommend the Resurrector cartos enough...THEY ROCK...and they hold nearly 2ml of juice...because the filler is not quite as tightly wrapped as Boges are, they will wick VG based juices fairly well...when you order a bundle(15) of them from CCV, Andrew will throw in 2 drip tips, a syringe and of course, FREE SHIPPING...

...I wanted extra batts(it comes with two) so, I went to electronicstik.com and got a pair of BDL IMR hi-drain batts and a TR-003 4bay charger...it all works and works well, I am getting 12-14+hrs of vape time with the stock batts and 16-18 out of the hi-drains......

Thanks all for the info!

madjack, it's basically some of your previous posts that turned me onto the e-Power. I was considering going all-in with a ProVari, but reading your posts made me think I might just wanna take a less-expensive first foray into the world of big batt mods.

And while CCV is a little more expensive than the other vendors listed here, he DOES throw in some extras that more than make up for the price difference, especially since you say the Resurrectors ROCK, I'll definitely be giving them a try! I saved everything into my wishlist on the site, and will be ordering Friday. I hate having to wait for paydays... :p
