To punch holes in my cartos I use a "General Tools #89 Stainless Steel Automatic Center Punch" which is spring loaded (no hammer needed). Just place the carto in a "V" block or other support to keep it from rolling, and press down on the punch. It is a quick and easy one handed operation. If you want bigger holes, simply repress a couple of more times on the same hole. You can get one of these at any hardware store for about $20.

I'm currently using an E2 with 510 connection cartomizer in one of my GGTS AVS units.....left the liquid ring completely open, no hole punching in tube, and it seems to be working fine. Adjusting air as always with CR, and no apparent leakage into CT. It's a little long for the GG mouthpieces to fit, so I just put a drip tip on top. Cartomizer tests at 3.3 ohms, and I'm vaping at 6V.

Just thought somebody could benefit from this experiment....

Guys, TVree was more than right. Please check here. Inside AVS we can drop anything lol.

I am starting thinking that AVS is not the best feeding system, its the ONLY feeding system! Now E2 inside a solid construction like AVS and without any modification at all

I believe that if you prefill the E2 as you have to do when you buy it then there will be no need to open - close the CR at all.
