So I ordered 4 Protank 2 Minis on November 6 and they finally arrived today!
IME E5Cigs.com reminds me of fasttech for ecigs only. Everything is from China and everything is dirt cheap.
Aside from the lengthy shipping, it arrived in a decent manner.
Everything was well packed. Items received as pictured and described.
