When an atty gets stuck, I usually pop it into the freezer for 5 min or so. It seems to work for those difficult ones (and I've had a few). Sometimes popping it back on the mod when I take it out gives me a little more leverage to get it to come apart.
Good luck.

2 great tips above.
Also, maybe you don't need to screw it on quite that tight?
Just sayin'...
:D:D:D

I didn't screw it on tight I screw it on just enough then I can easily unscrew it but everytime It's empty and I have to rewick/dry burn it is super tight I'm assuming it's vacuumed inside or something mean it is RIDICULOUSLY tight. I never screw it on so tight as I'm scared I will ruin the threads. my dad is a contractor and I work with him a lot and some how I am the one stuck with all the ruined screws that the treads have been jacked up from over tightening.

jar lid opener was my 2nd option but we don't have one around and idk where to buy one locally. those mat things we have somewhere around the house but it's lost. freezer worked though i'll try that again to see if it really work or it was just a conincidence

Simplest tool is a pair of rubber palm gloves. I use them all the time and they do work.

I was talking about the goblin mini. the top cap that you screw on above the glass tank is always stuck. I think it's due to a vacuum suction or something not sure why it is like that but the freezing did help it. I never really have an issue with my atty's stuck on my mod they already scratch it up but meh idc its not like I'm going to sell it or anything

You're not trying to unscrew it with the airflow closed are you? If that's open then it'd be very hard for a stable enough vacuum to form that it'd withstand the force of your hands pulling.

Otherwise, maybe just get in the habit of using a drop of eliquid to lube up the threads on that middle connection where the chimney connects to the juice chamber, that'll make it easier to screw into two halves. You can do the same with the threads on the juice sleeve before you screw it on.

Have you closely inspected the threads? Do they have burrs? Are they scratchy?

A needle file or sandpaper may be needed to remove burrs. If there are no major burrs applying a mixture of baking soda and toothpaste, vaseline or even flour paste to the threads then screwing and unscrewing them a few dozen times will often dress them up allowing for smoother operation and less sticking.

ENJOY

i tried open and closed and even blowing into and out of the rta that didn't work. not sure if it got burrs or what you mean by burrs if your talking about an edge then i believe it does. it's easy to screw on and off but once i put juice inside and start vaping thats when the problem occurs. i had to disassemble it 2 times with juice inside even that had a suction but it wasn't so bad

Lefty is loosey, righty is tighty.

You're welcome.

:)

Seriously though, I don't have that atty but do have the same problem from time to time. I took a spare vice grip and wrapped electricians tape in a thick layer over the sharp teeth at the tip of the grip so it can loosen without leaving marks in the metal.
